PSM-66 RIV-03 belongs to low diffusion halogen free hole plugging resin, the resin doesn't contain solvents and other harmful volatiles, it can solve the problem of white blistering of green oil in lead-free tin spraying process, it is suitable for selective resin hole plugging, it is a kind of excellent resin with high temperature resistance, no cracks, low diffusion, low water absorption, and strong adhesion.
Fields of application
PSM-66 RIV-03 plug hole resin is suitable for inner and outer layers, HDI, through/blind holes, POFV, high thickness-to-diameter ratio, and this product is mainly used for high and low products in common FR-4 sheets.
